What if I didn’t receive my user name or password, or I cannot find the email?

Simply click on the link in the window that says ‘Didn’t receive confirmation instructions?’ It will open a new window shown here. Enter your email address and click on the blue button.


It is important to check your "Junk E-mail" or "SPAM E-mail" folder for this email.
